English levels

During enrolment participants will be asked to do a short test of their English ability. It will involve an online multiple choice quiz, and a short writing task. This test is to ensure that our participants have minimum required level of English to understand the safety instructions of our activities and excursions. The participants are able to retake the test once, however if the participant is unable to pass the test we are required to decline the enrolment due to safety reasons.

Travel documents & visas

It is the responsibility of the customer to obtain and ensure the validity of all necessary permits, visas, health certificates and other travel documents before departure.  Passports must have at least 6 months’ validity.  In this regard, the Company will provide such assistance as may be reasonably required but will not in any way be responsible for obtaining the said documents or for ensuring that they are in order.
