One of Greenspeak’s major strengths is our talent pool of excellent English as a second language (ESL) teachers, environmental educators, environmental scientists as well as leadership and management specialists that create and deliver our programs.
We go through rigorous screening process to ensure that the teachers that we get are qualified, experienced, professional, and well regarded by the teaching community. We employ talented and very enthusiastic environmental scientists and science educators with qualified tertiary degrees from reputed universities as our teacher trainers as well as hands on teacher/guides for our classes and excursions. We also employ experienced ESL teachers with qualifications in order to develop second language programs that are best suited to each age group. We then cross train all our teachers with different expertise on our unique approach to ensure that our participants get the best quality learning experience. We are continually upskilling our teachers and staff through ongoing process of training and staff development, builidng and broadening their skills to ensure they are the best. All our staff are passionate about what they do and what we are driving to achieve. |
